I've had with these bogus companies. I'm still waiting to be connected and it's 6 days later since I made a payment Can you just refund me back my money. I'm no longer interested in your services
I made a payment to vumatel via my banking app on Friday. This is not the first time I've done it, and it worked well before I called after a few hours of not being connected and I was told the turn around time is 12 hours. I waited the whole weekend for a connection but still nothing On Monday I called again and they said I send them a proof of payment because the funds are not reflecting on their side, I sent the pop but still I haven't received the help I'm looking I am sent from pillar to post. Vumatel just refund me back my money or fix your mess
The worst bank I've ever banked with I was using a pay as use account and was advised by the consultant to migrate to a my goals plus account should I pay more than R100 charges on my savings account, when I got charged more than R100 on my pay as use account I switched to a my goals plus which I was advised that I'll be paying a maintainance fee of R100 which will cover all my transactions but that's not true. I've been paying more, I pay for everything like before. Why would nedbank sell me a lie

Worst service ever from Affinity health. I called them to cancel a medical aid I had with them, and I asked for my refund I mean I've never used their medical aid. They promised me my refund within 14 days , its been a month already and I'm still waiting
Last year November I decided to apply for debt review through DC experts,the consultant that was helping me is Leroy A day after I've made the application, I cancel and I explain to Leroy why I'm canceling and he calls me and I continue explain that I'm no longer interested and he finally agrees and he says I should wait for his seniors to confirm the cancelation with me. I wait for his seniors to call they don't call me.a month later I receive a call from another consultant and his telling me that my application is missing some documents, to my surprise I explain to the guy that I had long canceled the application and I send him the screenshots of conversation with Leroy and he pretends to finally understand and will fix the mistake where ever it is To cut a long story short I receive another call about this application and I explain again to the consultant that I've canceled the application a long time ago and it looked like she understood me Now here is the Dody part about this company. They have not sent me the cancelation letter or anything to show that I've canceled, I call the company and I request for that letter they tell I should wait for someone to call me, that still haven't called me I text Leroy back and I request the cancelation letter he doesn't reply my messages nor does he take my calls I've never worked with a dodgy company like this in my whole entire life I would never recommend it to anyone🤮🤮
