Never purchase a product from this company , my electric blanket stopped working after a few months and they are refusing to fix it. They blamed the faulty blanket on the way I installed it , I followed the instructions meticulously. They use any excuse not to repair their inferior product. I will never buy another product from this company

I bought an electric blanket made by Safeway.The one control stopped working and the guarantee had passed,bought a new one and luckily it was still under guarantee when the controller also gave in.Safeway gave me excellent service to replace the blanket,but after sending 3 emails to find out if I have 2 years guarantee,till now NO response. It looks like the controllers is a genuine problem.They will have to better on the controllers or else they will loose a lot of business.

I purchased a Pure Pleasure king electric blanket from Game in August 2024 and when I arrived home I found it did not work. I immediately returned it to Game and received a replacement. In July this year the one control switch stopped working and soon the other one. Unfortunately I lost the slip and cannot claim a replacement again. I certainly will not replace it with another Pure Pleasure electric blanket as my problem seems to be a common cause of failure experienced by others as highlighted here.

Having an accident is a bad experience, but Out surance calms you down. Gives you time to collect your minds to give them what is needed. After that they quickly give a feedback

I bought the 1st Pure Pleasure electric blanket in the beginning of the winter in 2024. The controller stopped working after 4 months just before the end of the winter. Then I bought the 2nd Pure Pleasure electric blanket to replace Pure Pleasure number 1. The controller on Pure Pleasure number 2 packed up within the first week of the 2025 winter. Utterly *******, *******, *******.

I bought an electrical blanket in April and it stopped working in June. I took it back and they did they assessment. “ The blanket purchased was a tiedown blanket as clearly stated on the description, which the instruction on the blanket should have been followed. Unfortunately are there no compensation as the instruction was not followed. I’m not happy with the response I just want my refund.
