Unsatisfied customer

I ordered my GLP-1 on 13/10/2025, this is supposed to be a South African based product, however it seems to be shipped from China. It has been a week now with no delivery or proper feedback. I have been emailing the support team at first they responded quite quickly but after my 2 days there are no more responses. I can now understand why people say this is a **** maybe best to stay away from them.
