Unsatisfied customer
I ordered my GLP-1 on 13/10/2025, this is supposed to be a South African based product, however it seems to be shipped from China. It has been a week now with no delivery or proper feedback. I have been emailing the support team at first they responded quite quickly but after my 2 days there are no more responses. I can now understand why people say this is a **** maybe best to stay away from them.

3-4 days my ass.......
The most inefficient service I have experienced in a long time. Delays, no communication, hiding behind ‘we are still within SLA’ when they keep restarting the process due to errors. Telephony system is a mess, phone just cuts out from time to time, not a single call back, even was promised that a manager would call me back yesterday and still not a single call.

Buffalo not what it used to be
I have never had this problem with Buffalo before I usually praise them for their excellent service, yet this time I am very disappointed in them, they sent my parcel from JHB DC to PTA DC, while the district I fall under is JHB and now it is delaying my delivery as it first needs to be transferred back to JHB DC before it can be delivered. I asked the call center where I can file a complaint they said to use support@buffaloex.co.za and guess what they mail bounces back as the mail box if full. I will personally never use Buffalo for sending items and have asked my supplier to not use them again as this is the type of service which is unacceptable. If this was the company my husband used to work for, the person responsible for the error would have gone to PTA DC collected the parcel and delivered it to me him/herself and on their own expense. All Buffalo's call center can say is we will correct our error within 72 hours, needless to say I need my parcel before 72 hours expires, they seem to have no regret in making this type of idiotic mistake and seem in no haste to correct it either.

Service is bad they sell repossessed vehicles, asking for deposits to keep it from entering the auction but due missing the cut off by 7minutes they try to milk you for more money promising it will them be kept for you and if you refuse they try to milk you for a processing fee in order to to an immediate refund of the deposit and if you refuse they say refund will be done within 21day minus a fee thus you won't even get the full deposit back. Even after doing the ground work to check whether they are legit they seem to be a bunch of ****mers.

Yise Properties - do not waist your time
The agents of Yise Proprties book an appointment with you to do a viewing but never come back to you with an address and on the date and time of the appointment they are unreachable thus here we are almost a week after the scheduled appointment with no reaction from them, they are clearly not much interested in getting potential tenants for their properties.

Connect Consulting is a recruitment agency which fools you into paying money for Medical, Uniforms and Access cards which is refundable after your 3 months of probation at the place you get work at, then they get you to pay to have stuff delivered to you for the new job which is also refundable after the 3 months but they never seem to get back to you to start with a job to be able to get the refund, thus they are a bunch of ****mers do no trust them.

Standard Bank's Greed
The bank is very greedy and tent to hand you over to their lawyers BD Attorneys when they "feel" they are not getting enough repayment towards items such as loans and credit cards even if they do receive their monthly repayments. I will never again do any business with Standard Bank as their standards have dropped since they decided to scale down with their branches.

Ekurhuleni Municipalities being useless
Ekurhuleni Municipality Germiston is useless, we have been reporting power outages since Friday 24 February 2023 to no response and when we finally got a technician here he was incompetent to do the job no we need to wait for a competent technician to come fix the problem. This is not the first time and will most likely not be the last but maybe this reaches someone with some influence to help us get our problem sorted.
