unprofessional Terrible service

i have sent them an email, 3 times and i have still not received any response from them. i have paid to receive my academic transcript , it has been over a month now and i still have not heard anything from them since. Thokozani Hadebe from UJ advised them that i have been unblocked and they can retrieve my results but i still have not received my results or even received a response to my emails.

i have tried contacting Purq, their Tel numbers keeps on ringing with no answer. i have tried emailing all of the above people but i still do not receive any reply .
