I have never encountered any problems with Bonitas Medical Fund until now. Paed-iq is their contracted service provider for maternity, one of the benefits is to provide baby bag with essential products for mothers. You must register once you have the authorisation number which I did in August. Turn around time for delivery is 6 weeks. I'm going on 10th week and I still have not received my bag. Called in 2 weeks ago. They apologized and said I should expect it the following week.a week passed, no communication was received I had to phone again to follow up, I was not given a reason again as to why the bag still has not been delivered. And promised again to expect it anytime this week. I'll be due anytime from now, i don't see a point of them delivering the bag when the baby is already here. I mark this as poor service and unfair as I followed all that was required, information was sent on time. Turn around time passed, yet I'm the one who has to keep following up with them for an update. There's no communication whatsoever from them.
I received an email on the 1st of September 2023 from Vodacom with a quote for Nova 11i Huawei. My first name and surname were included on that quote and my ID number. Agents name showed was just a reference of letters and numbers. At the end of that quote, there was a declaration were my signature was required and I was given 14 days to respond. I did not respond to that email. October month an amount of R 2 379.07 goes off from my banks account. I did not speak to any agent over the phone selling me a phone. We have POPI act yet there's service providers like vodacom who are able to access our personal details. I need to know Firstly how and where did they get my ID number and bank account details. Secondly I want to know the name of the person who concluded this transaction. I don't have even 1 product with Vodacom. This is a ***** case. I phoned their customer service line. And I was told to compile a number of documents then send to their ***** department. Meanwhile they will continue to deduct from my account while they are investigating the case.
Impressed with the fast response to queries. They regularly update on the progress of the query. The On phone consultants are very friendly and that's part of good customer service. Great service retains customers.They even work on weekends. We were disconnected from the wifi, sent an email, and within 3 minutes, I received a response. On the same day, they sent someone to check what the problem was. The wire needed to be fixed. The next day, on a Saturday, they fixed the wire, and we were back online. I highly recommend this fibre line.
My mother made an error by using an incorrect reference number. We called for assistance and we were told that we paid for another customer. We have to wait for that customer to pay for that WiFi. This was on the 10th of July and we still waiting, without WiFi connection while one of their customers is enjoying free Wi-Fi. They asked we send the proof of payment, which we did. But still we haven't been helped. Internet service provider with contingency plan to retain their members. Erroneously using the incorrect reference number is a mistake that anyone can make especially with older people. 3 weeks without internet that was paid for. We provided POP, our WiFi could be active while they wait to receive payment from their customer.
Pick n Pay Protea Glen Mall. Bought two ltre milk on the 15th of June 23, yesterday. Unfortunately, we did not check the expiry date. And the paslip was left with the security guard. Only in the morning we realized the expiry date was the 16th of June 23, a day later. Surprised that they kept that milk on the shelves to be purchased at a normal price when it's expiring date is a day later.
It's unfortunate that I also fell for these scammers. They changed their name to The Luxury wigs. So much regret. Bought TV stand online. Delivered dissambled by the courier guys. This was not disclosed on their site that we have to assemble it ourselves. Worst thing that upsets me even more, the instruction documents we found inside are not written in English.
Unhappy about the standard bank service is an understatement. I'm am actually passed off now. I'm unable to use my own money in my standard bank account. On the 31st of May 2022 I received a call from the standard bank consultant to confirm eft transaction payments I've done. And I did confirm I'm aware of those payments. Next thing my card is blocked I can't do any transactions. I phoned in I've been transferred from one person to another with assistance. The last person I spoke to from the fraud department said my card has been blocked due to fraudulent activities. Which activity ??? Who reported it??? She couldn't give me an answer then she said it will be unblocked and I will receive a call in the next 5 minutes with feedback. 5 hours later, no call back and still unable to to do any transactions. I regret changing from.FNB to standard, never came across such issues with FNB. Last week the bank was offline for the whole day and now I can't use my own money which is ridiculous.
If there's one thing every GYM should make a priority to provide best service to their clients, is water. Maponya GYM company they are forever without water, not the whole mall but just the gym, last time I almost fainted due to thirst. Some people, in the mornings expect to shower then go straight to work but hey surprise surprise, GYM company won't have water. The GYM closes at 9pm however their showers are closed at 8pm, then why not they close the gym at 8pm if they not going to allow people who do late sessions to shower at 8pm. Ahg I'm so disappointed, I doubt this kind of service you will receive in the North/ the suburbs area.
