I paid R600 in december 2018 to get my transcript through this company because they advertise on their site that they also assist with UJ transcript which i needed to register with Unisa, after the system couldn't allow me to order a transcript i sent an email regarding this to get some assistance and i received a response from a ''Ronel Booysen'' stating they no longer assist with the UJ, i asked her regarding my refund she said she will forward my details( account number& query) to somebody in accounts, i have followed up with her and it's been almost 2 months and she hangs up my calls whenever i call her, i want my money back.

I ordered and paid for a copy of my academic record through this service provider. The student number on the record was incorrect and they are taking no responsibility whatsoever for this error, blaming the University for the error and doing absolutely nothing to attempt to rectify other than sending ONE email. You pay this service provider yet they refuse to refund you for their mistakes. I needed this record for a job application which application closed 31 August. Its been 13 days and I STILL havent received the amended record. Thanks to Purq I missed this job opportunity. They also couldnt be bothered to reply to emails.

I ordered and paid for a copy of my academic record through this service provider. The student number on the record was incorrect and they are taking no responsibility whatsoever for this error, blaming the University for the error and doing absolutely nothing to attempt to rectify other than sending ONE email. After numerous emails to PURQ, i have still not received a reply from their support and lets not even go to their website where nothing ever seems to work . Been trying to log into my account fro the past hour and nothing is happening .

i have sent them an email, 3 times and i have still not received any response from them. i have paid to receive my academic transcript , it has been over a month now and i still have not heard anything from them since. Thokozani Hadebe from UJ advised them that i have been unblocked and they can retrieve my results but i still have not received my results or even received a response to my emails. I ordered my transcripts via PURQ from UJ. My transcripts are supposed to be sent to Canada. My transcripts ended up being sent via SA Postal Services, and now my transcripts have been stuck at Johannesburg Postal HUB for a month and half. PURQ refuses to take responsibility for this and have marked my order as "COMPLETED". I paid a lot of money for my transcripts, which is urgently required in Canada. How can PURQ mark my order as COMPLETED if I have not received anything after nearly two months?

I recently had to get a copy of academic transcript from University of Johannesburg and they directed me to PURQ. PURQ gave me a pro-forma invoice, and after depositing the money they said I should pay I was then told by Ann Olivier that I had to pay extra to cover their bank charges. After paying the amount that she instructed me to, I still can't get the results. The only thing I get is an extremely condescending attitude from Ann Olivier. Institutions should reconsider this service provider.
