Putco Insurance Claim.

I am ****son and I was bumped by one of the Pucto buses 6336 on the 13th October 2025..I have since been given a claim number and they said I must follow with the insurance company Carleo Insurance Brokers.When I follow up with the insurance company, the insurance company then says they are awaiting reports from the their client which is Putco.I dont know who to follow up with anymore..

Kindly please assist.. I use the car for work and the boot is not closing..I need to get it fixed as soon as possible..
