Poor Service. After several calls to PWG for arrangement to do a payment on my short term insurance, they didn't inform me of an unpaid premium, I informed them and then the second premium they did not inform me there will be a double premium and now expect me to pay double premiums and also another premium coming up. This is not how you treat your clients and now an insurance company looses a client because of a broker company that cannot communicate with their client.
