*****ulent company that takes up policies without your knowledge
PWG brokers took a *****ulent policy under my name that I never signed up for. I have not at any point app**** for, consented to, or been contacted regarding this policy. Furthermore, the beneficiary registered under this policy (Thando Mayise) is not known to me, and I have no relatives or associates with a name similar to the one listed. This ongoing deduction is not only unauthorized but also deeply concerning as it suggests possible identity ***** or administrative negligence. All of this was taken by a lady named Kediboni Maosehla. Stay away from this company they are *****s and they might use your details to take up policies you know nothing about

Be Careful of this company and its associates, Old Mutual (underwriter) and PWG Brokers!!! I had a Stop Order on my salary slip and the reference was Simply Omart, a company I had never heard of. Upon doing further research, it turned out that their agents took out a life cover policy in my name of an amount of R606 which was deducted from my salary for the months of December 2022 and January 2023. I have taken no such policy with Simply Financial Services, I have no hard copy nor electronic copy of an agreement with them and I certainly did not give them authorisation to enforce a Stop Order. I called the company on the 30th January and spoke to an agent by the name of Kevin Fortuin who went on to inform me that they are aware of the current fraud scam currently happening and it is under investigation. He also claimed that the company was not to blame as the fraud is conducted by PWG Brokers, a company they outsourced. He gave me a number of the alleged agent that conducted the fraud, Kedibone Maosehla, however, the number was a bogus number. I requested that the Stop Order be cancelled, I demanded a refund of my money and a written apology and explaination detailing exactly how such gross misconduct took place. I am yet to receive feedback from the company and my refund. I wonder if the owners Anthony Miller and Simon Nicholson are aware of this fraudulent activity taking place at their company? This puts the company and its brand into disrepute!

Pathetic Broker Service
Afternoon The service received from one of the Brokers at PWG is nothing short of a Disgrace. The Broker I am referring to is Anne Anderson. A few months ago I made contact with Anne to get assistance in connection with my Medical Aid, but after 3 months and numerous attempts at feedback, none has been received. In short her service is pathetic, you simply cannot just ignore clients. I will most definitely never deal with PWG again or refer them to someone for anything.

Poor service
Poor Service. After several calls to PWG for arrangement to do a payment on my short term insurance, they didn't inform me of an unpaid premium, I informed them and then the second premium they did not inform me there will be a double premium and now expect me to pay double premiums and also another premium coming up. This is not how you treat your clients and now an insurance company looses a client because of a broker company that cannot communicate with their client.

Poor service
Poor Service. After several calls to PWG for arrangement to do a payment on my short term insurance, they didn't inform me of an unpaid premium, I informed them and then the second premium they did not inform me there will be a double premium and now expect me to pay double premiums and also another premium coming up. This is not how you treat your clients and now an insurance company looses a client because of a broker company that cannot communicate with their client.

Best Short Term Insurance
TO PWG Group Good day I want to thank you Natalie Labuschagne and Henk Niemand on the swift and efficient way the claim was settled. I was very impressed with the professionalism PWG & Hybrid Risk Management handled our lost. The apprehension we felt whilst making the claim was totally diminished by well-trained handling of this claim. I would love to recommend PWG Group as our broker to anyone who needs to have a Financial Advisor they come to you and assist you with all your needs. PWG Group together with Hybrid Risk Management have made it so easy to claim when we had an accident last week where one of our business vehicles where written off. . They Really went more than the extra mile by supporting us and even went on our behalf to collect the damaged items that were involved in the accident and collected it from our address to obtain quotes. They have already settle the claim in a weeks’ time as well as replaced the items. For us this was hassle free. We did not need to run around obtaining quotes, they did it for us. Thank you so much for your excellent services you offer to us as your clients. They are affordable and hassle - free. Thank you once again Skidsteer Advance PTY LTD
