Good day I have been trying to get hold of online support for almost a week now. Now one is answering the calls and doesn't even reply to my emails. I would like to know what the status of my online order is, as to the day where I have ordered it, it said that I will get my order on the 9th of AUGUST. Till now, no order was delivered to me and also no emails, calls were made to even notify me of when delivery would be. I want feedback or Fair Price needs to refund me and cancel my order. No person should be kept in the dark, at least have the service to at least communicate with the customer Please let me know what the issue is so that i as the customer atleast know what the status is of my order as the service im currently receive are very poor Thank you Antoanette

So my phone is still under warranty. It started to give me connectivity problem last year December 2020 First I've log a call with Vodacom and they have monitor my phone for weeks. After monitor it and the problem still occur they have advise that i needed to do a sim swap. after doing a sim swap the problem still occurs. I did went on leave and after returning I've decided to bring the phone to Vodacom Menlyn. They did book it into repairs and say that they will have to send it away for more advance Technical support. After 5 days they did advise that the phone is ready for collection and that they have changed the motherboard. When collecting the phone it was working okay but every now and then the phone will stop working and the problem reoccur. I then took again the time and went to Menlyn Vodacom where they have booked the phone in once again and they needed to send the phone away for more advance technical support. After 5-6 days the advise that the phone is fixed and ready for collection (bear in mind that the phone doesn't have any cracks or damage visible whatsoever) When collecting the hone the technician said that they have done something with a data reset or upgrade and all is in order. The very same day when taking my phone home the same problem occurs. It wont work and no calls can be made or can be received. It only works with WIFI I did call them once again and they said i must book it in again. After this they have send it once again to advance team in JHB. After a few days they did call and say that nothing is wrong. I was furious because I know its not working. So I went to collect the phone and now im taking videos every day to proof that the phone is still not working properley. I will book the phone back in this Saturday with evidence where i will show them black on white where i take out the sim put it into the Samsung and it wont work then removing the sim put it into another phone and then all will work.\ I will cancel my contract because im paying for a phone that is still under warranty but its not working. I cant understand how they cant change or fix the phone. This is unacceptable to go to such extend to proof your self - that your phone is giving you problems. Where is the trust in customers and supplier if u need to proof that the phone is not working

The turn around time normally are 7 days. I've been battling to get an outcome on my last claim since early October. The keep telling me that this document are short and that. Then If I call in again they confirm all are in order. They promise me everyday that they will give special attention to this way over due claim and feedback will be provided the very same day. As promised again for the 3rd time by Lauretta Mabela they will finalize my claim and still no feedback. This was a co payment for a CT scan as refer to their policy that they cover the scans but more than 2 months and still waiting for the payment or even an outcome. Worst service ever. My payments are on point every month. Never skipped a payment but they don't even have the decincy to call back. If any one can please provide me with a good Gap cover that want to provide a service not just take your money and don't bother to provide feedback

We are new in monument park. Castle walk is the closest to us but when you phone them to deliver they don't. What a shame wen I was staying in the Moot of Pretoria and you phone pizza perfect Wonderboom they traveled 6km to bring pizza. Thses people are not willing to travel 4km from castle walk what n shame. Disgusted.

Hi Fattima. As you promise someone would call us. Well just as all the empty promises i received. No one have called us. Just cancel both contract witch Rain already received payment without any delivery received still waiting for the parcel. I will open up a case if any more money are debited off our account and if we don't get either a delivery or refund i will give Rain till tomorrow 12h00 pm to respond or I will go to my attorney
Worst service ever. Place 2 orders and paid and after numerous emails logged with them the guy called me and ensure that i will receive my parcel but empty promises. No parcel or even a follow up. They only deduct money and till now have never even have a router delivered nothing.....no internet ever been used for rain nothing ...EMPTY PROMISES. **** SERVICES
