Lost and found It has been confirmed by cruise members that an item I have left behind in the cabin has been found same day of end of cruise. They have found the item and informed me to get in contact with lost and found department. The item is not on the list and now no one knows about it but the cruise members and cabin steward found the item. Poor service.
I have logged a claim with Discovery Insure in October 2022. Six weeks later and still not settled or any feedback or updates. If I don’t send an email to follow up then I don’t get any response on the process. This is very poor service. Not sure why I am paying for insurance. Hope this matter will be settled soon.
Poor Service. After several calls to PWG for arrangement to do a payment on my short term insurance, they didn't inform me of an unpaid premium, I informed them and then the second premium they did not inform me there will be a double premium and now expect me to pay double premiums and also another premium coming up. This is not how you treat your clients and now an insurance company looses a client because of a broker company that cannot communicate with their client.
I have a settlement letter but yet I still receive several calls from Shapiro Shaik attorneys demanding payment. PAYMENT FOR WHAT???!!!!! Cell C is the worst service provider! Botsang, the lady from Shapiro Shaik attorneys even ended the call as I am trying to explain I DO NOT HAVE AN OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT!!!
I DO NOT HAVE AN OUTSTANDING CELL C ACCOUNT!!!! Cell C has send me a settlement letter so please stop phoning me!!!! Another call from Shapiro Shaik, Botsang is the lady who phoned me and not very professional but trying to explain to her I HAVE A SETTLEMENT LETTER she even hang up on me.
I have recently visited FNB Vaal Mall Branch and I am very satisficed with the service I have received and the lady who assisted me - cannot remember her surname. It is a pleasure banking with FNB and the lady who assisted me. Thank you
On 21 May 2021 I received a paid up / account settled letter from Cell C. 31 May 2021 I received a Final Demand to pay letter. How does this come together? Then get a call from the attorneys Shabier Shaik on 04 June 2021 demand payment. The contract is paid up in March and on pre-paid but I still get calls and mails with final demand payments. Please explain this. Also I would like it to be corrected on my ITC !! Cell C is a very bad service provider. This is not the first bad experience. Another account paid up two years ago they still demand payment.
As of my telephone conversation with Lindiwe on 25/03/2021 explained I have paid this account - Cell C- in full in February 2019 and was settled in FULL. No one can still issue me a paid up letter and Cell C and Nimble group demanding on a payment. Payment for what?? If nothing is outstanding. Taking forever to get it solved. Cell C is a very bad service provider when it comes to service. This is also not the first issue. Cancelled all my contracts with Cell C
After sending an updated statements from another company, still am I accused for an outstanding account but was settled in 2019. After sending proof I don't know how clear I must make it that the account has been paid in FULL!! They demand payment so are they thieves? Anyone else having bad experience of this company? Cell C demands payment but this has been settled more than two years ago!
Yet another employee disrespect me and hang up on me while trying to find out how I must go about to request a settlement letter as a payment has been done. Okuhle (not sure if she spelled her name correctly to me) was getting rude and then suddenly hang up on me. She couldn't even give me the correct amounts. Very incompetent. This has been my second bad experience and I am just trying to get this account settled. They keep phoning and annoying me after I did make an arrangement that I will pay and settle but employees like this gives a company a bad name. I will not pay the extra fees added to my account. I need a settlement letter that's all. Thank you
