CONSISTENT EXCELLENT SERVICE

Good customer service should be the norm and not the exception. Sadly, for the most part, good service is lacking as is evident by the number of negative reviews on this very forum. So, when an organisation consistently gives you excellent service, it is to be applauded.

PWM Financial Management in Port Elizabeth [Gqeberha] is such an organization. They handle all my short-term insurance with regards to my properties [home contents and home owners] and my motor vehicles. Immediate responses to queries, following up on outstanding issues and prompt settlement of claims has been my experience.
