Qatar airways is refusing to refund me.

I booked a flight to Bali via Qatar for 30 March- 4 April on Booking.com. The flight then got cancelled because of the war. 44 days later I’m still waiting for my refund, I have tried to contact Booking.com several times and they have told me that the airline is the one holding on to my refund and are refusing to process the refund!!!
