Un LUCKY for some- QLine Scam

Absolutely shocking, disgusting service. Im writing on behalf of an old age pensioner who commissioned Lucky to get her an ID book in March 2021. She paid him R2500 and got nothing in return. He promised to refund the money by 19 December 2022, but this didnt happen either. Yvonne the Manager is uncontactable. What an absolute disgrace
