In May I was shopping for a Xbox Series X, they said they have availability of it and can ship same week. They gave the delivery date to be expected 28/05/2021. It never came.

They then used excuses of that its from a 3rd party, and there are shipping delays and strikes and so much more. I requested a refund on 28/05/2021, and again the following day and week after that and then again and again, I am still waiting for my refund.

They even sent me FAKE proof of payments to try stall me, I am still waiting 2 months later for my money that they have stollen.

Please do not ever use their services or place any order with them. They lie and make up excusses and 1 out of 100 phone calls they may answer if you are lucky.
