Worst company, do not use their service. They install poor quality borehole equipment, weak motors that dont last even 8 months. We had our borehole drilled and installed March 2024. a few weeks after install we had endless problems from preasure to tank not filling and then because they did not install proper filtration, sand was pushed into the house pipes blocking the taps and clogging the filters of the taps, the washing and dishwasher machinse filters blocked. They came out 2 or 3 times to try fix their messups, but they only did the bare minimun or a quick fix. Then they started to ignore us as the issues wore never properly attended to or fixed, so it kept on reoccuring, and now in December, our pump compoletely stopped working, so we have no borehole at all, and they still do not answer or come to assist us and fix the problem. We sold a car to pay for the borehole thinking it would help us in the long run, but it is causing us more debt and problems than we can afford, and noone is assisting us or willing to assit us to have it fixed.
Hi, so I have bene using PUDO locker to locker for few months now, its been great, very convenient, until now. Last week I booked 2 lockers, for 2 packages. When I went to deposit both, the 1 locker was perfect, but the 2nd, well lets just say if I wasnt honest or decent, I could have ****** the persons package that was in the 2nd locker whihc I booked and paid for to use to send my package. So whenI opened the locker there was a ladies package in there, I read the name on it, and I could have taken it out and put my pack in, but Instead I put her package back and closed the locker. I then immediately phoned PUDO, and told them what happened, the were shocked, but advised that I could either drive out of my way to drop off my package at The Courier Guy Branch for them to then handle, I at first said I can try, but I am not happy with this at all as this is not my messup, and now very inconvenince as it is late in the day. I phoned back then saying I will not be driving out and want to request a refund so that I can rather rebook a locker and redo this. The lady at the time told me to send an email, stating what happened and requesting a refund, which I did. My original mail and request wa sent 2nd May 2024, and assigned to a lady named Gladys. She processed the request and did what she needed to do, I received email confirmation from her that refund has been processed, and it will take 1-5 working days to refelect. 2 Days later, I recieve another email, from a William, and he states I need to deposit the package at the Courier Guy. To keep this as short as possible, since William got involved, he delayed everything till today, by asking the same quetions and harping on that the package must be delivered to The courier guy, when I have clearly asked for a refund, and reiterrated why I did not deposit originally. I sent screen shots of the Waybill, the booking, the original refund request, the reason why, the story of how and what happened, and he just keeps on arguing and delaying the entire process. Now my client has been wating an extra week because of this, I still dont have my money refunded, and he still argues with me. worst support, and please note that your packages are not safe in those lockers, as I could have taken that package that was not meant for me, but was in my BOOKED locker when I went to deposit my shipment. so if you package is deposited and ready for collection, try get it asap, as it is not safe there.
They have been very helpful, and their claims process is smooth and effortless, always payout as expected.
Worst exeprience received from whats supposed to be customer support or help??? Also, do not believe their "NEXT DAY" delivery addvertising they put up on some products, as you definitely do not get it next day, absolutely false advertising here. Then dont bother trying to contact them for assistance in this regard or to split your order so that if there are items that would hold up the delivery, they are moved to be delivered when available and the current available items such as that which state "NEXT DAY" can therefore be delivered as advertised, this just does not happen and if you contact them for assitance in this regard to fix this, then they make it worse by misrouting the delivery as they called it now. Waiste of time and effort and they do not know what they are doing and after I made arrangements to have someone at the house to received delivery was a waiste of their day and we now have to make other arrangements because of this. If I knew in the first place that they cant addear to their advertising of "NEXT DAY" then I would never have asked and made arangemetns or even used the delivery address to home.
Worst service when it comes to replacing faulty stock that they sell to you. I purchased a Robo Vacuum from them, whihc they advertised at over 40% discounted, but yet I find that this product is sold for the same everywhere that stocks them (only checked this recently after the fact, because I trusted OneDay to be best price wise). But this is not the main issue here, I didnt know that they actually also sell on USEd electronics, because when I opened my RoboGem box, took out the vacuum, I saw that the top of it had so many scrathces and marks, even where the Power buttons are, was damaged and it looked like I just got given this from someone that was using it for over a year already, damaged and old out of the box. I took pictures and submitted a return on 19/07/2022, I requested a replacement with a new unit, because I paid for a new unit since I do not know that OneDayOnly sells secondhand items. I am still waiting for the replacement to this day, with absolutely no indication of whether I am getting 1 or if they going to rather refund me, infact the only response I get is the below everytime I ask for feedback: "Ra-Eesah D, Jul 25, 2022, 09:02 GMT+2: Hi Ryan, Thank you for your email. Last time I will buy from OneDay, you can get the same products from Makro and others for the same price
Worst service I have ever received. I ordered spares for my washing machine and paid for them in March 2022. I was told I should recieve my order Mid April, end April came and now I am told "The shipment has been received. We will advise soon system capturing is complete.", well a week later still nothing. I requested shipping and tracking first week of May, got told "Not shipped yet, ETA is Mid May 2022.", that too came and gone. I asked again when am I getting my order, "Should we receive stock before 11.07.2022, we will dispatch the outstanding parts asap.", now its end July and I am told "We hoping to receive shipment Mid-August", so I guess when Mid-Aug comes, I will be told Mid-September and so on for the rest of the year while I sit with a broken washing machine, and if I have to keep opeoing it the way I have to at the moment, the lock mechanism may be next to go.
Worst Helth Insurance I have come across. Their Day to Day cover is a lie. They claim that they cover Acute medication prescibed by one of their Network GP's. So I went to a Nework GP, asked the GP to please use Stratum Formulary for the medications that they will/should cover since it s stated on their Unity Formulary list. Then take the script to one of their Network Pharmacies to get the script. Well they do not cover any medication, not even the exact 1's from the provided Formulary list from Unity itself. I have the Formulary list from both Stratum/Unity, and my GP I used, and the meds that were prescibed are on both. Then they want to make me run though hoops just to get a refund because of their messup/ or maybe its not their mess, just their false advertising of benifits to get you to join them. I had to struggle to get the Formulary for months first of all since my fist visit to the GP, and guess what I never recieved it from Stratum. I then got il and went back to the GP, and on this visit I asked the GP for the formulary since she has it and used it this time to prescibe exactly what is listed in order for me to try and use for the first time my benifits I was promissed upon signing up with Stratum, well this still did not work. Now they have been and still dragging on with no resolution and waiste a cleints time, and this all for a measly amount of R250, whihc makes me wonder what would happen if I fell il and GP prescibes more expensive meds where the bill will be around R2000 (This has happened before, when I was not with Stratum.), so what is the point of having this cover with Stratum when it infact des not cover Acute Medication at all
The worst online fraudsters and scammers Do not even try them In May I was shopping for a Xbox Series X, they said they have availability of it and can ship same week. They gave the delivery date to be expected 28/05/2021. It never came. They then used excuses of that its from a 3rd party, and there are shipping delays and strikes and so much more. I requested a refund on 28/05/2021, and again the following day and week after that and then again and again, I am still waiting for my refund. They even sent me FAKE proof of payments to try stall me, I am still waiting 2 months later for my money that they have stollen. Please do not ever use their services or place any order with them. They lie and make up excusses and 1 out of 100 phone calls they may answer if you are lucky. The worst online fraud and theft business in SA

I was greated nicely by the staff and taken to sign up all happilly by 1 of the sales reps.</p> <p style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; color: #555555; font-family: lato;">He sat me down and told me about all the great things about joining them and asked me if I had Discovery insurance, I said I do but only Car insurance. So he went on to tell me about the benefits of linking Discovery with VIrgin and all the discounts and benefits, painting a very nice picture and I said I will try get that sorted and see if I can have all that or if I need other insurance like medical Aid ect. He said no problem I can go and do all that I have until the end of the month. So in light of all this that was discussed and said I went to find out more about it from Discovery when I had the time and closer to the end of the month I foun out all I needed to and it was not going to work for me as it would be more costly to get everything that way. So I sent in my cancellation request before the end of the month only to then find out that there is a 5 day window in which I had to cancel, but I was never informed about this nor was I given my contrat to read and see this. Only after I complained about the lack of information from the sales rep when he signed me up only then did he send me my contract. I stated I will not be held responsible for his error and lack of communicating the full Terms and COnditions in all areas of the contract to me, because had I been properly informed and told that I have a 5 day window then I would have done everything within those 5 days and cancelled. I then received a phone call from the Rep and he confirmed that he did not talk about the cancellation processes with me because in his own words "I did not mention anything about cancellation to you because you did not seem like you would want to cancel". I got emails from the club manager saying they will get back to me regarding the cancellation and whether or not they can waiver the cancellation fee. Today I contacted head office again to escalate this matter and they contacted the Club and all I get is a phone call from the rep again and now 5 months later he wants to discuss this matter and the problem and on top of evrything he is changing what he said back then, because in his notes on their system when I spoike to a lady at head office she read that he stated that he did inform me about the 5 day window, but when he phoned me he appologised and admitted that he should have told me about it but he did not because he did not think that I would cancel because I did seem like i wanted that.</p> <p style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; color: #555555; font-family: lato;"> </p> <p style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; color: #555555; font-family: lato;">Virgin Active and their services are terrible, only when signing you up are they magnificent but dare you want to cancel...</p>
