6-digits code sucks

Support site or link not helpful. The application kept on asking for 6 - digits code which was never send to me.

I lost business because i couldn't send a quotation on time.

I called the sales number asking them to direct me to support department but the indian dude was very rude and ended up hanging the call.

As we speak i cannot access the application.
