Support site or link not helpful. The application kept on asking for 6 - digits code which was never send to me. I lost business because i couldn't send a quotation on time. I called the sales number asking them to direct me to support department but the indian dude was very rude and ended up hanging the call. As we speak i cannot access the application.
From 04 March 2024 I complained about the billing information on the invoice. From March i have complained about the tracker unit on the pump that was not serving any purpose to the company and they haven't rectified it till to date. From August the 2nd pump tracker hasn't been installed till to date. Last week I requested them to come install a tracker on a new bakkie at gezina toyota. My so called account manager is ***********. he does not call nor pick up my calls. EVERY MONTH WE GET DEBITED WITHOUT A FAIL. I am dissapointed.
I moved from the other company hoping that I would get a better service from CarTrack. I have transferred 7 vehicles of to CarTrack. 2 of the vehicles are yellow plants and their reading is hours not kilometers. I have been asking them to come and rectify the mistakes and no one came or called even after scheduling with them. They swapped the registration of the 2 yellow plants. the tracker is another machine and reading in kilometers and not hours. the second pump hasn't been installed and they never came even after I scheduled for installation. When they were first registering me they were calling me non-stop annoying the out of me but after i signed up they do provide the same service. I don't think i can continue using CarTrack for the way their sales, scheduling department and every works. Here I am paying for services that doesn't serve me as I use the tracker to bill clients.
I received a *****ulent PO and wanted to verify it with Pikitup and all the lines were engaged and I saw Muzi Mkhwa**** email and I popped him an email and he responded within few minutes and he even went beyond and called on my cellphone. He asked me questions regarding the PO professional so and told me that it was a ***** and informed me that if I am in doubt i shouldn't hesitate to send him an email. Not happy with Noluthando Ngubane comments that people like myself who don’t purchase for R100k don’t qualify for discount. She was way very and I asked if she was the manager. She went to the extend of telling me to go to another shop.

I purchased 18 GoldAir Split Air Cooler online. I was assisted Zizipho Zongola from the start to end and she did a stunning job. The online payment system looks like it was never tested as it says failed but my account is being debited. I send through the proof of payment and Zizipho called me back to give me Feedback. If you really want us to buy from online store just make sure IT department does their job and test the application thoroughly.
This is my second SIM and still experiencing the same thing no internet connection and i am still billed. I contacted their useless support and still i couldn't access the internet and still they debit my account. Could you please refund me back my money as I did not even use the SIM as there was no internet connection. Thanks
Good day, Could you please please assist me as I am being told stories each time I follow up with regard to insurance claim (Ticket Number: 853487). My business is really inconvenienced by the delay caused. I am now told that the iPhone 12 Pro 256G cannot be ordered as it is not in the catalog and I am only told this information when I called to enquire regrading the progress on my claim. Can someone with powers please help me out. Could you please please prioritise the matter and treat it as an urgent matter as I have been waiting for long and I am losing revenue each day without the smart phone. Thanks
I would take this opportunity to actually say thank you to Nonhle Sibisi for patient, politeness and the willing to assist and the respect that she displayed in assisting me. I was second in line and the guy in front kept on complaining about the questions that was asked to when he was returning the goods but Nonhle’s calmness, patient and respect exceeded my expectation and I was really impressed with how she handled the gentleman. And when it was my turn to be assisted she maintained the best attitude and patient accompanied with respect. I left the store being a happy customer and will definitely come to edenvale store as they really are friendly.
