I am very disappointed with the service I received from QuickBus. I made an online booking and completed the payment through my Capitec account at 12:14. However, I never received my ticket after payment was confirmed.
I waited for over two hours with no communication or ticket issued. I eventually had to call their customer service at around 14:30 to follow up before they could assist me. This delay was very inconvenient and unprofessional.
QuickBus needs to improve their system and customer communication. Customers should not have to chase after a ticket they’ve already paid for.
