Quicket - Do not take the XCOVER option

Please be very aware if you book tickets for music shows on Quicket and you decide to pay the extra amounts to ' cover' and ' protect' your purchase.

It's only for absurd situations like death in the family. So, if you have any other reason, for example you forgot about a birthday party of family function. You will not get your money back.

The main reason paying extra for cover is to get your money back. No matter your reason. Very very disappointed.

Rather make sure you can attend the show. But DON'T take the 'cover extra amount.
