I’m extremely disappointed with both Quicket and the Once Upon A Time organisers. I purchased my ticket with the refund option, specifically so I would have the flexibility to get my money back if needed. However, when I tried to process the refund, the system simply wouldn’t allow me to do so.
What’s worse is the lack of support. Despite paying extra for the refund option, I’ve been left going in circles with no clear assistance and no resolution. It feels unfair and misleading to offer a refund option that can’t actually be used when needed.
As a customer who followed the terms and paid for the additional service, I expected better from both Quicket and the event organisers. This experience has been frustrating, and I’m genuinely dissatisfied with how the situation has been handled.
