I sent the following online complaint to Quickpark via their website on the 5th of January 2018 and have received no response from them.
"I would just like to know why, if I parked my car at 13h03 and paid my parking at 16h34 I was charged R54 for parking when the parking attendant clearly told me that the price of parking was R3 for every 15 minutes? I also don't understand why the "park time paid until" says 17h33 - I live in Cape Town and I was already home before that time!"
