Whatever you do, stay clear of this ISP. I joined them beginning Dec 2024 and there were a lot of issues with random times then they said "It's not our fault" but then a few hours later I received new PPPoE login details—unreliable and unstable internet. I spent +/- R300 extra per month on top of this. I've been struggling with dead internet since last week, I kept on asking them to investigate and once again "the fault is not with us". I then asked OpenServe to investigate and they said my line was super fast without issues and a clear reading of -17dB. Quirknet never sent someone out nor were tests done as I have not received any feedback. This affected my SME a lot!
I dealt with Axxess and Afrihost in the past. They are a bit more expensive but their service was 10 out of 10.
I ordered an MTN LTE Router and couldn't be happier. No more downtime.
