Absolutely amazing experience with this company. Great pricing and great service. its been 5 years now and i've had one issue which for less than a day which openserve sent someone out as it was a fault on their side but as a service provider i cannot fault this company.

Whatever you do, stay clear of this ISP. I joined them beginning Dec 2024 and there were a lot of issues with random times then they said "It's not our fault" but then a few hours later I received new PPPoE login details—unreliable and unstable internet. I spent +/- R300 extra per month on top of this. I've been struggling with dead internet since last week, I kept on asking them to investigate and once again "the fault is not with us". I then asked OpenServe to investigate and they said my line was super fast without issues and a clear reading of -17dB. Quirknet never sent someone out nor were tests done as I have not received any feedback. This affected my SME a lot! I dealt with Axxess and Afrihost in the past. They are a bit more expensive but their service was 10 out of 10. I ordered an MTN LTE Router and couldn't be happier. No more downtime.

Worst service ever, DON'T EVER THINK PAYING CHEAPER IS BETTER. they took my R250 for their "admin" fee on the 3rd of Jan 2025 after insisting to pay them "quick" so that they can do the installation on the same day (3 JAN 2025) then just ignore messages and never come out to install after receiving their R250 admin fee. Bunch of ****** who do it to everyone applying for their pathetic service. their WhatsApp bot also still has December 2024 holiday automated response messages activated, shows you how organized they are in taking money and providing a service.

We app**** for fibre to our home on the 25th November 2024, with minimal communication, and being ignored, we are still waiting. I have received confirmation from them that a technician will be in contact today, but no call yet. I am very dissapointed, as we have read many excellent reviews.
