We app**** for fibre to our home on the 25th November 2024, with minimal communication, and being ignored, we are still waiting. I have received confirmation from them that a technician will be in contact today, but no call yet. I am very dissapointed, as we have read many excellent reviews.
I have had a few issues with Uber Eats lately, from no delivery to overcharching my account. Today was absolutly the last time I will make use of their services, amount paid for my order, and another amount of R95,83 deducted from my account. And it takes forever to have someone get in touch to sort out the mess. No way, I am done!!
So I applied for an up grade on the 4th of Jan 2019. The expected time of delivery 3 to 7 working Days. Which I am really fine with, but the moment you start following up on when you will be receiving the product, you are made promise after promise of getting back to you. An email was sent to our supervisor, our systems are offline, ect ect - this definitely does not qualify for good customer service.
