Stay clear of this bookmaker. They will take R10 000 of your money in deposits and return R3 000 of it over the course of 2 weeks in "winnings" while playing daily as an example. Their platform mostly pays on Sundays and other days collect based on my experience. most of the time a R20 buy in bonus will give you more winnings than a R100/R200 buy or spin in bonus and even on their "super bets/super bonus" odds of winning more than you paid for the bonus is very rare. The bonuses look like replays, same low lines and the top multiplier(s) will just display without pay line 90% of the time (unless its on a Sunday then maybe you will get it) Their platform is unstable and slow most of the time, some games will kick you out during spins then you have to restart the process. Their free spins and free stuff also has like a 10% odd of giving you anything and their live games also rejects bets on my occasions and oddly it mainly happens when bonuses come. Their agent claims they don't accept bank statements as proof of any deposit to them but a screenshot from your banking app is valid which I find very concerning. I only played on 10BET until recently and this new year they have just topped it with the collection spree and they can't take responsibility for their faults or system errors and would rather blame your ISP or system instead of acknowledging and resolving their slow system but when playing on other platforms there are no "ISP/SYSTEM" issues from my side. WORST PLATFORM to play in 2025 based on my experience and I WONT EVER play on this platform again or recommend it to anyone else. Please don't contact me regarding this because I am not interested in your service or anything at this point related to 10Bet. I have closed my account on your platform and this is for awareness to those who play to win and not to have fun as they claim.
Worst service ever, DON'T EVER THINK PAYING CHEAPER IS BETTER. they took my R250 for their "admin" fee on the 3rd of Jan 2025 after insisting to pay them "quick" so that they can do the installation on the same day (3 JAN 2025) then just ignore messages and never come out to install after receiving their R250 admin fee. Bunch of ****** who do it to everyone applying for their pathetic service. their WhatsApp bot also still has December 2024 holiday automated response messages activated, shows you how organized they are in taking money and providing a service.
(I Don't know if it's Hi Fi Corporation or JDG Financial Services Fault)<br> <br> On Tuesday 8 July 2014 i sent an email to the relevant email addresses requesting a contract and printout of what i purchased at the Hi Fi Corp. Centurion Mall as i don't understand why i'm paying for 2 years whilst i signed for only 1 year(as far as i can remember) and this confusion led me to request for the above mentioned details.<br> <br> An email was sent and the notification that i received confirmed i will receive a response within 72 hours. I received a reply on 14 July 2014 when they cc'd me in the mail requesting my query to other staff whereby the one person responded which branch are they reffering too. on the 31 july 2014 i replied with branch code and details seeing as the request just died and nobody responded again. the same day i gave the branch code the one person requested to respond to my request as soon as possible. Today is the 3rd of feb 2015 and still no contract or statement of what i purchased. this is my last complaint i'm writing before i take the matter further on other terms. i really feel that it's not fair towards me and i am very unhappy with who ever is to blame for this.
