Unprofessional customer services

I am very disappointed with Qwiekfin’s conduct. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to assist me in cancelling a debit order for a so‑called “service fee.” This debit is disguised as a mandate check for funds that could potentially be lent, yet no actual service has been provided.

The customer service I received was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and without resolution. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and fair treatment, but my experience with Qwiekfin has been the opposite.
