Zero Stars for Qwiekfin – Rude Staff and Misleading Practices

I would give Qwiekfin zero stars if I could. The customer service is extremely rude and dismissive — my interaction with Vanessa was particularly unprofessional.

Despite repeated requests, Qwiekfin has refused to assist me in cancelling a debit order for a so‑called “service fee.” They disguise this debit as a mandate check for funds that could potentially be lent, yet no actual service has been provided. This practice is misleading and exploitative.
