Deeply regret buying form Rabie Property Group.

There is no black star unfortunately. This review is to help anyone out there who is considering buying a property (which is a long term investment... don't lose sight of that) from Rabie Property Group.. I can honestly say that I deeply deeply regret buying a property from Rabie Property Group. Also deeply regret having dealt with Seeff who facilitated the purchase. A myriad of reasons. They will dismiss your grievances, even if you have clear legal grounds. it seems their legal team is on standby and that they are seasoned in having to deal with like consumer complaints. in the end, the price of anything in this world is the amount of life and peace you are willing to exchange for it. I wish I read the reviews prior to the purchase. In my personal capacity, I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a property from them. Even if you are a professional person, who did your homework... trust me, its not enough. I hope this saves someone form making a decision that would cost them dearly.
