Bought a vehicle 2 months ago and it has been nothing but poor service. Painting touches were shocking. Was requested to bring vehicle back in after 2 weeks and advised they needed to do roadworthy in order to get my license plates. Then was advised to bring my car in for back windscreen which was damaged and painting. Regardless, the windscreen can not be sorted and needs to be replaced. I follow up weekly and get told its coming in the week, well 2 months down and I am still waiting. No one bothers to provide me feedback, I am continously following up. I then advised that I will not be paying my monthly installments until such time this vehicle is sorted. It was confirmed in writing that he will take the cost and today advised they not. Firstly, Raceview is too quick to push vehicles out, rather than doing a proper check that all is in order prior to delivery. They make promises that they do not keep.When following up on my installment , I was advised to log a complaint with my bank. Easy to push the blame! Shocking service. I will never purchase another vehicle from Raceview. Definitely taking this further!
