Bought a vehicle 2 months ago and it has been nothing but poor service. Painting touches were shocking. Was requested to bring vehicle back in after 2 weeks and advised they needed to do roadworthy in order to get my license plates. Then was advised to bring my car in for back windscreen which was damaged and painting. Regardless, the windscreen can not be sorted and needs to be replaced. I follow up weekly and get told its coming in the week, well 2 months down and I am still waiting. No one bothers to provide me feedback, I am continously following up. I then advised that I will not be paying my monthly installments until such time this vehicle is sorted. It was confirmed in writing that he will take the cost and today advised they not. Firstly, Raceview is too quick to push vehicles out, rather than doing a proper check that all is in order prior to delivery. They make promises that they do not keep.When following up on my installment , I was advised to log a complaint with my bank. Easy to push the blame! Shocking service. I will never purchase another vehicle from Raceview. Definitely taking this further!
14th of February my son had a procedure which we were required to pay a co payment to the day hospital. Discovery advised in order to be re-inburssed I need to complete an application for special payment, which I did and submitted on the 14th back to Discovery. After continous emails as Discovery kept saying images were unclear, I contacted them 21 February to be advised by a consultant there are no issues with the images, he could see them clearly. 24, 25, 26, 27 I phoned and was told my application is with Pearl each day I was told phone back tomorrow. 28th I was advised actually the Healthcare provider needs to be changed to the hospital practice number and resubmitted. So from 14 February to 28 February, no one could advise this! From 01 March I have been resending the form because guess what, same rodio of they can not see the image, which I have now sent back 5 times!
Outstanding service received. The process to get a quote for my vehicle as well as do the pre-inspection was simple, efficient and user friendly. The staff are amazing.
Dishonest and poor workmanship - we had Tiny come in and give us a quote towards end April, we were advised a deposit was due in order to keep quote at was was quoted within 3 days. Regardless, this was done. We too were advised what we wanted would take about 6-8 weeks for completion after 5 months, we called it a day. Nothing but issues and broken promised the project started 6 May. Every week we were advised that today they were doing this or that, and bits were done here and there, nothing was ever completed. Today the builders would come, tomorrow they wouldn't, it was always excuses after excuses. Every time we were advised to pay a deposit it had to be an immediate payment so the builders could get going...an absolute joke. After meeting 3x with our dissatisfaction, we realized this was a disaster! Walls that were plastered were already cracking. Everything in the house was incomplete, bits done here and there. Needless to say, we then got our own painter in to get things going, our own tiler or we would still be waiting...nothing but empty promises. Tiny new a refund was due to us for items paid, even with proof of paperwork, we never to this day received our refund. Deposits paid for kitchen cupboards we never received. A family who claims to be so godly, turns out, to be nothing but dishonest, I wonder how he sleeps at night, knowing you owe someone, yet never refunded. Would never recommend Stratze Projects to anyone if you living in the South, you probably would face the same issues!!

The past month we have been dealing with Lebo, never have we experienced such outstanding service. From the day we walked in to order our tiles, and while our project has been ongoing, nothing is too much for him. From arranging additional tiles to be delivered, or grout or cement, his service is fantastic. I would highly recommend Lebo and CTM Alberton. Well done Lebo, we definitely need more people like you!

I have been calling ABSA since 2020 due to them uploading and providing incorrect information to the credit bureau and getting told the issue will be resolved, well, a year later and same issue. ABSA check your records, you debit me monthly for my vehicle, I have not missed any payments yet my credit score remains 0 because your staff provide and upload incorrect information. I would hate to know how many innocent people who really are loyal to payments face the same issues.
