Great hotel, great staff and service

My wife and I stayed at the Radisson Hotel Cape Town Fores**** for 4 nights in May 2025 and what a wonderful experience! We were upgraded to a junior suite by the hotel and were very touched by the hospitality and attention to our needs from the hotel staff. Every single staff member we interacted with was very, very friendly, polite, cheerful and helpful, they really made our stay there unforgettable.

A great feature of the hotel is the complimentary free shuttle to and from the V&A Waterfront which runs like clockwork while the shuttle drivers were also polite and friendly, we became friends with them.

We loved the breakfast which was very filling and nutritious with fresh fruit and vegetables every day and a good selection of teas and coffees.

Also, the location of the hotel is just great, it is close to the V&A Waterfront and very close to the central bus station and lots of shops and takeaways.

We would like to thank the Radisson Hotel Cape Town Fores**** for providing such excellent service and experience that was truly unforgettable!
