Great hotel, great staff and service
My wife and I stayed at the Radisson Hotel Cape Town Fores**** for 4 nights in May 2025 and what a wonderful experience! We were upgraded to a junior suite by the hotel and were very touched by the hospitality and attention to our needs from the hotel staff. Every single staff member we interacted with was very, very friendly, polite, cheerful and helpful, they really made our stay there unforgettable. A great feature of the hotel is the complimentary free shuttle to and from the V&A Waterfront which runs like clockwork while the shuttle drivers were also polite and friendly, we became friends with them. We loved the breakfast which was very filling and nutritious with fresh fruit and vegetables every day and a good selection of teas and coffees. Also, the location of the hotel is just great, it is close to the V&A Waterfront and very close to the central bus station and lots of shops and takeaways. We would like to thank the Radisson Hotel Cape Town Fores**** for providing such excellent service and experience that was truly unforgettable!

Another great job from STBB Fourways
I transferred another property with STBB Fourways and what a brilliant and meticulous job it was! I would like to thank Erika Lutchmana, Olga Sennelo, Tumi Legoale, Natasha Singh and a director Armand Coetzee for another highly professional, efficient and immaculate work! As before, I was regularly updated on the progress of the property transfer and all my numerous enquiries were answered promptly and efficiently. My special Thank You goes to Natasha Singh, who helped me to solve my issues from the start to the end of the transfer. Natasha is a highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive person who, despite being busy, kindly any time of the day answered my phone calls, helped me with changing an Offer To Purchase to guard my interests as a seller and advised on a number of other issues. Natasha, you were amazing! And it is always a pleasure to visit the STBB Fourways office where everyone is polite, friendly and extremely helpful. So, my advice to property sellers: change Conveyancer in your Offer To Purchase to STBB Fourways and, before signing it in, send it to Natasha Singh at STBB Fourways for her advice and comments on that Offer To Purchase content and any possible issues, you won't regret it. I will certainly use STBB Fourways service in the future and again I highly recommend property sellers to do the same. Armand, thank you for having such a fantastic team, you guys are the best, you provide superb service and you really stand out!

Excellent service from STBB Fourways
I did my property transfer with STBB Fourways and I received an excellent service from Erika Lutchmana, Olga Sennelo, Natasha Singh and a director Armand Coetzee. They were very thorough, punctual, polite and professional, I was regularly updated on the progress of the property transfer and they answered all the enquiries promptly and efficiently. Defaulted Tenant Eviction
I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the Simon Dipenaar & Associates service. I had a consultation with Cronje Oosthuizen over the phone who comprehensively explained me all the aspects of the tenant eviction and possible approaches. He was very helpful in this regard, answered all the vital questions and patiently provided me with the knowledge that I required. I would certainly recommend the firm Simon Dipenaar & Associates to anyone in my situation. Thank you once again for your service, Cronje!

Thank you, Travelstart and Elroy Rooi!
It was a great experience dealing with Travelstart. There is a chat service on their website and I contacted Elroy Rooi. My wife could not fly next month because of COVID-19 and I asked Elroy for a suspension of her flight. He was quick, polite and efficient and at no time my wife has got a suspension until 31 December 2021 with a confirming e-mail message! What a great service! Thank you, Elroy for your professionalism and efficiency, that was a great pleasure dealing with Travelstart!
