LIM0001 worked for 14 months

I bought a replacement led ceiling lamp last year in October as the last one lasted for 5 years. I noted the LIM0001 has a 3 year guarantee so I didnt worry. I bought a second one so that the fitting would be the same. On Xmas day the light stopped working, very dim. I need a replacement lamp urgently please.
