I finished my contract data before month end and wanted to purchase more using the mtn app which I did last month. The app kept on giving error. I called the help desk twice and they did not say the app had been discontinued and that a new app must be used. Useless company.
I contacted Simmons head office who told me that the longest mattress they make is 2,2m which is 10cm shorter than the one I bought is 2005. AS I am 2,04m tall it would be fine. Today Mr Pires told me the longest they make is 2,1m after consulting with his director. Its a completely *********** company. I shall contact Serta to get a mattress
Yesterday I went to a MTN shop to upgrade my data contract as it expires shortly. I was told that the new contract data would be available immediately. Today 6 January no data has been loaded. I may as well cancel
On 5 January I bought a 10gb anytime and 10gb night data bundle. I used both day and night freely. I now see on the MTN app that I have no anytime data and 20gb night data, I complained to Ferdi Moolman but was referred back to customer care. I want my data corrected.
I went to the Rustenburg branch on 22 January needing to withdraw R30000 cash urgently. After spending an hour at the teller the money was counted but the transaction could not be completed after fingerprints and photos. I was asked if I had my fnb app which I did not. Baba contacted me on 26 January saying I could goto branch and withdraw the money. I went today, they phoned and delinked my fnb app and I still didnt get the money. I cant get money from fnb, only from the atm for small amounts and I cant use my fnb app now
I need to make urgent payment to a beneficiary but I am unable to add it as the account for Absa bank is rejected. The account is valid and correct. I cannot use online banking at night and use my night data because maintenance is done. Useless bank
I want to watch the ICC cricket worldcup match scheduled for today on Supersport Active but I cannot find the channel its broadcast on. I tried contacting the help desk but it doesnt ring. I will not upgrade and will cancel subscription
A live lalega sokka match is shown on channel 204 dedicated lalega channel as well as live lalega sokka match on 209 Variety 4. Unless you subscribe to premium package you cant watch live cricket, rugby or tennis. The sooner Canal makes management changes the better. Dstv is a waste of money if you dont watch sokka. And the blitz channel carries long interviews so its not blitz.
The Rustenburg club has a school swimming club which is permanently using the pool every day during peak hours making it difficult for ordinary members to train. I can no longer contact the club directly by phone in order to find out when the schools are swimming. Waste of money and cannot train
The US tennis open finals are being shown 1 week later on SS Variety 4 channel 209. No cricket rugby or tennis is shown live on this channel which is the only one that doesnt have dedicated sokka on the family package. I pay to watch sport I like on this package. I will therefore cancel and get a streaming subscription where I dont have to pay a premium to watch live sport
