Poor Aftersales service
I fitted my house with tha same Radiant Ceiling fan code JX01A about 3 years ago. They are still being sold. 2 of lamp covers broke. Have been trying to order new covers for 2 years now. Only to be told it is out of stock. Even spoke to the Gauteng Rep for Radiant. Nothing came of promise to have it ordered. Terrible service

LIM0001 worked for 14 months
I bought a replacement led ceiling lamp last year in October as the last one lasted for 5 years. I noted the LIM0001 has a 3 year guarantee so I didnt worry. I bought a second one so that the fitting would be the same. On Xmas day the light stopped working, very dim. I need a replacement lamp urgently please.

Radiant Lighting - Excellent Service.
Replacement Light Fitting. A light fitting of +/- 10 years, which had a fault, was fully replaced by Radiant with the exact same unit! There were no arguments, disputes or "trying to pass the buck". I do wish to express my gratitude to Hans and all who assisted me. I appreciate your excellent service! Thank you.

<p>I was assisted by a girl named Caitlin at the Radiant Showroom after I was ignored and received the most terrible service from the Radiant staff , even though she was new I was more than delighted to have dealt with her I have put up a complaint about the person I had dealt with but have no issues with Radiant after dealing with Catlin . My only issue was the bad attitude I had received from Africa . I am looking forward to visiting soon and I would only like to deal with her. </p> <p>Thank you for assisting in sorting the problem out .</p>
