I would like to commend and thank Franco Viljoen of Radiant Lighting, Cape Town for his help correcting the fitting of the two Electrolux Floodlights .
I have recently had nightmare experiences with booking.com Repeated requests that they remove my property from their site have been ignored resulting in supposed bookings made and two families being ****med. Contacting booking.com is impossible. The Al electronic response does not help. Telephone numbers don't exist, no email address, just messages from Agents? in Kenya, China, South Korea. Finally with the help of yesterday's ****med people, fingers crossed my property has been taken down. How can they get away with this? You've only got to read on FB page "Booking.com-unhappy customers" to see how widespread the problem is
In good faith and expecting results I recently joined booking.com and posted my holiday property on their site. I received the one booking for two nights this month, but It is virtually impossible to contact them re queries. I was told my account was disabled and suspended for security reasons ?The telephone number they give does not exist. I finally got to chat with one of their '"experts" and asked that my property be removed immediately. I was told to give my Credit Card details and be charged for advice! I have contacted the one booking and advised her of the situation.
Buco Parklands staff are always so polite and helpful. Just ask and always someone there to assist. Makes shopping there a pleasure.

I've just bought an INSTANT VORTEX PLUS 8-IN-1 VERSA ZONE AIR FRYER, 8.5 and it wasn't cheap! Why cant Instant Pot include some detailed instructions? I'm a Pensioner and not IT clued up. I'm still battling, watching Video Clips, trying to download a Manual. I've never been so disappointed and might even return it. I note that other people have complained having the same problem
You must have to be an Idiot to qualify for a job at DSTV. To date it’s been 2 nightmare days trying to resolve a simple situation regarding Decoder and it’s still ongoing.
I've used Takealot many times and have always been happy. EXCEPT my last order, the one item delivered was completely wrong. The second item was Dog Stairs for our old Dog....still waiting, but Takealot say they have been delivered! I've never dealt with such stupid people on their Customer Service, namely INATHI L I've received far better service from TEMU in China as opposed to Takealot up the road from where I live.

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with FASTWAY Couriers on two occasions delivering my on line orders. Both have been total disasters. I’ve received **** demands for payments I already made. All attempts to contact FASTWAY fail. Emails bounce, no response from their chat line. My order is “between X and Y” ? I’ve instructed the company I buy from NEVER to use FASTWAY for my orders.
