Poor Service Radison blu gaitrain hotel

My Wife and I booked in to Radisson blu gautrain hotel for our valentines. The Welcome was that you would expect from a bnb. The problem started when my wife was making a cup of tea, the cup had a huge crack. I called the reception. A housekeeper brought the cup by hand no tray nothing. I couldn't believe my eyes.

The bathroom tiles were dirty. We went for breakfast in the morning The poor chef was overwhelmed by the number of guests. He had to make eggs and attend to the empty buffet. I don't know how many stars this hotel has but the overall service is below that of a 3 star. My overall take was that it's a hotel that consist of poor management team from the food and bev, front of house to the hotel manager. It's a mess.

I was highly disappointed. When I left I was sure of one thing, I was never ever gonna set foot there.
