Shell V plus is a scam . Everytime I go to fill up the fnb swiping machines are never working like literally everytime in different filling stations. It is pathetic.
On the 3rd of September I applied for an overdraft facility from my Bank(Nedbank) I spoke to the guy by the name of Jacques Fereira. He gave me the list of documents he needed in order to process my application. I sent it through late Friday. Due to my id registered with SAFPS they needed an affidavit. I went to the police station the same Monday for an affidavit and I sent it through the same Monday. On Wednesday I received an email requesting for a letter from SAFPS. I requested for the letter from SAFPS and sent it through to Jacques the same Wednesday. Thursday came and went I did not hear anything from Jacques. On Friday I sent an email to him asking if there was any progress regarding my application. He replied to me by forwarding the same email He had sent to me requesting for the letter from SAFPS. I replied by asking him if he had not recieved the letter as I sent it on Wednesday which he said he did not, I resent the document. He came back saying I should resend him the back copy of my id which I did. He came back later saying I should resend a clear copy of my payslip, my letter of appointment from my hr. and my statement showing my June salary. My bigest issue with with their request was that 1- I have sent these People 2 payslip s which one was not clear? 2-What in the world would they need my letter of appointment for? 3- Considering the fact that I am banking with you What statement are you requesting from as you have already requested for my consent to use my statement when we started with the application. I logged a call with complains help line on Friday 10/09/2021. Today its the Monday 13/09/2021 I have not heard anything from Nedbank. Clearly I am not taken serious here. I am highly disappointed at Nedbank. I have been Their loyal Customer for over 10 years. My bond and my car finance are all with Nedbank.
Please good People stay away from this company called forex guru its a scam. They would ask you to invest a specific amount of money promising you quick returns. Whennits time for them to pay out they will ask you to pay an additional amount of money to release your money. Stay away from them they will scam you out.
I ordered a red cellphone for my upgrade. Telkom delivered a black cellphone. When I called to find out why I was told I ordered a black one. I requested they come get their black cellphone and bring me a red one however I was told they only have black. I am highly disappointed as I wait for them to correct their mistake. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and showed lack of good customer service.
My Wife and I booked in to Radisson blu gautrain hotel for our valentines. The Welcome was that you would expect from a bnb. The problem started when my wife was making a cup of tea, the cup had a huge crack. I called the reception. A housekeeper brought the cup by hand no tray nothing. I couldn't believe my eyes. The bathroom tiles were dirty. We went for breakfast in the morning The poor chef was overwhelmed by the number of guests. He had to make eggs and attend to the empty buffet. I don't know how many stars this hotel has but the overall service is below that of a 3 star. My overall take was that it's a hotel that consist of poor management team from the food and bev, front of house to the hotel manager. It's a mess. I was highly disappointed. When I left I was sure of one thing, I was never ever gonna set foot there.
On the 12/08/2019 I received a text message from nedbank 086 number telling me that my business account was gonna get closed because it was overdrawn. I decided to make a phone call to make arrangements to the same 086 number. I spoke to someone and it was agreed that I should make a deposit on the 15/08/2019. To my surprise on the 15/08/2019 when I tried to make a deposit it refused saying my account is closed. I made a phone to nedbank and I spoke to a lady at credit department who informed that a Guy by the name of Nkosinathi will give me a call as soon as he came back from lunch. I never received that call. I took it upon myself to make a follow up the next day. I spoke to some lady who put me through my banker Zweli. Up until today nedbank has been sending me from pillar to post. I am.a nedbank personal client as well. I am Disturbed and disappointed at the level of poor customer service I am getting from my bank. Totally unbelievable and beyond poor customer service. If you are unable to open my business account in 48 hrs I am closing all my accounts with and I am moving to your other competitors.
I lost my phone on the 12th July 2019. I called Telekom to block my number. Went to Telkom the following day to re open my number. I was told they could not re open my number as it was blocked, Rhulani loged a call for technical department to re open my sim. I called 180 Sunday to find out what's happening, I was helped by a Dlamini guy who was unable to sort my issue out.Today is Monday I am still waiting for Telkom to re open my line so that the branch can issue me with a new sim card. I am at Woodlands branch art now for some reason they are unable to solve my problem. This is the sim card I am using for everything. I am unable to access my internet banking. What's happening with Telkom
I went to Builders warehouse Woodlands to buy led bulbs. I was advised to take a sample with so that i can show it to the shop in order for me to get the correct type. Got to the shop i asked a guy by the name of Isaac Mapheto to help me. He told me go look for the bulbs as he did not believe i would have any issues getting the correct bulbs. He refused straight asking me if i was blind after i explained to him that i was told the bulbs are not the same. I asked for the manager to my surprise he told me he is a manager. I was shocked. I then asked him if he was a manager as he claimed how does he expect his staff to treat the customers if he the person who should be ensuring that customers are given good service is the one who is giving terrible one. He then told a guy who was passing to go and help me. I am buffled as to how that guy got to be a manager with such lack if customer service.
Went to Spar Menlyn Maine to buy dental floss. When i get to the shelf i realised it was on special. I decided to take more. When i got to the till to my surprise the price was different to the shelf price. I requested to see the manager. A guy by the name of Abram came, I explained to him the issue he did not believe me. We went to the shelf when he realised that i was telling him the truth he started acusing me of changing prices which did not even make any sense. He refused to assist me. I left the shop dissapointed and embarrassed. I decided to go to Spar mooikloof. Guess what the price for floss was actually the same shelf price i was denied at Menlyn maine. Remember the consumer laws says Spar should have given me this item with the displayed price but i guess Spar is above the laws of the Republic. Obviously Spar does not have any standards.
I placed a land line order December, I even received a call from Telkom but i realised that nothing was happening. I decided to call Telkom to find out whats up. I spoke to the lady by the name of Nomfundo Ntshangase who is very rude. She tells me she can not find my address, I then asked her to spell the address she put on the system, she told me i know how to spell. She was very rude, totally unproffessional. Telkom please put people on your customer desks who want to work. As financially unstable as you are you can have people who are chasing your customers away.
