We checked in to the Radisson Blu Umhlanga last week Friday. The facilities are good but the rooms lack ventilation and the side sea ocean view, gosh it’s a side for sure.
We wanted to order in room service but was told there is no breakfast menu after around 4 calls being pushed form pillar to post and over an hour later we were sent a horrible piece of paper that didn’t even appeal to order from. We left and ate elsewhere.
We were overcharged for the room and it’s a week later with no refund. I have tried to call but gets pushed from one call to another with no assistance.
