Red Flag Service at Radisson Red Hotel In Rosebank. As unfortunate 1st time client of this institution I was left at the airport after a gueling international flight landing 4am, had 4 cold showers during my stay, ran out of both toilet paper and bottled water, was offered a drunken shuttle driver to transport me back to the airport. When indicated this to be the case, they kindly ordered me an Uber for which I had pay?
Only positive thing was the manager offered me an apology and a free lunch for all the issues encountered above.
If only he had left it at that, so would I have. But same man then goes and lodged a formal (False) complaint against me with my HR manager accusing me of aggressive behaviour?
Really Radisson is this how your treat your time clients….sbs shocking
