Big crack in my windscreen with no one helping me

My car was parked at OR Tambo for a day and the next day (2 December 2023)when I came back I had a huge crack in my windscreen.

I told the guy that brought my key to me and he said that I had to report it to the number that I booked with.

I messaged the number and he said that he would get back to me, I then messaged him again and he said that he has to connect to the insurance and it would take a bit longer.

I told him to please send through the details and from there on haven’t got any feedback or reply.
