My car was parked at OR Tambo for a day and the next day (2 December 2023)when I came back I had a huge crack in my windscreen. I told the guy that brought my key to me and he said that I had to report it to the number that I booked with. I messaged the number and he said that he would get back to me, I then messaged him again and he said that he has to connect to the insurance and it would take a bit longer. I told him to please send through the details and from there on haven’t got any feedback or reply.
Francois Grobler gives excellent service and is very friendly! I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from him.
I had my accident a month ago, still haven’t paid out and I have been without a vehicle ever since. Always get the same feedback “We will get back to you.” I wouldn’t recommend them at all!!
I have sent them proof that I moved out of my property so that I could be refunded with my deposit, 3 months later and they are still sending me invoices and they took my deposit as well saying I need to settle the amount for the 2 months that I wasn’t even staying there. I emailed Charlotte Maphosa but she wasn’t of any help so I gave her a call, She was rude and put the phone down in my ear.
My experiece with IGrow, Jimmy Burger, was very positive, he was friendly, understanding and went out of his way to accommodate my request to find a place in 2 days and move in a month earlier.
