I’m extremely disappointed with the poor service from House & Home. I have fully settled my account and sent all the proof of payments multiple times, yet my credit profile has still not been updated. I’ve been following up for weeks, both by phone and email, but have received no assistance. I have been emailing Godfrey Tlhone, who has completely stopped responding to my messages. This lack of communication and accountability is very frustrating and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable that a customer has to struggle this much after paying their account in full. I expected better service and responsiveness from a company like House & Home.
