I’m extremely disappointed with the poor service from House & Home. I have fully settled my account and sent all the proof of payments multiple times, yet my credit profile has still not been updated. I’ve been following up for weeks, both by phone and email, but have received no assistance. I have been emailing Godfrey Tlhone, who has completely stopped responding to my messages. This lack of communication and accountability is very frustrating and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable that a customer has to struggle this much after paying their account in full. I expected better service and responsiveness from a company like House & Home.

Home Employees legal department are the most useless people I've ever dealt with this is my seventh review I'm posting i have been trying to call them more than 30 times and there is no answer the last time i called their customer department and they said i must wait 21 days to pass so that my bureau status can change till date 60 days later I'm still listed as owing Yoh i hate this company with all my heart and i regret ever opening an account with them, if only i knew how useless they are. the next thing they will copy and reply the same story "we will attend to this "then they just sit on the assess and do nothing ****** useless amateurs.
Home is the most useless company to deal with, this is the 4th review im posting now and keep copying and pasting the same reply and nothing happens after that its been 1 month since i paid my account and they did not bother updating my status i regret opening an account there
Homechoice this is the 3rd review that I'm posting now i have been trying to get hold of your legal department to no avail, do you really have one??? if so i need my name cleared from the credit bureau ASAP AND PLEASE HAVE YOUR "LEGAL DEPARTMENT CONTACT ME ASAP, I have been trying to get hold of them on 0216801021 and they are not answering are they working for free?? or are they being paid to ignore calls you guys are a nuisance I'm so ****ed your service disgust me.
I paid My account on the 25th of October and homechoice sent me a statement i then shared the statement with Nimble, till date i have been receiving 10X calls a day and they don't make a note or update their tickets if they have a system that is but i keep explaining that i paid directly to homechoice and they respond saying the escalate this to their manager to sort this out after an hour i will receive a call again from Nimble imagine having to explain the same issu over and over again yerrrr guys please sign up for Zendesk or any system so that you can create tickets till date my payment hasn't been updated nor have i received a paid up letter their webchat and watsapp services are so helpless very useless one of nimble's agents even gave me her watsapp number i sent a statement to her and she just rep**** that she will escalate the matter thereafter she just blocked me haibo.
I Paid my account on the 25th of October and they provided me with a statement i also shared the statement with Nimble till date Nimbles' consultants have been calling 10x a day asking me about payment and they don't take notes nor update their tickets while on a call i don't know why i have been explaining to them that i made payment directly to homechoice and i have share the statement to you to prove that i have paid the account now i have been trying to call homechoice legal department since from Last week Friday to no avail I'm not even sure if there is a legal department or they just put you through to mark your case as assisted. Guys please i am so tired of explaining the same thing to Nimble over and over again can you please transfer the funds to them if need be and send me the paid up letter i cant be held hostage just because you don't have proper systems or have poor processes this is causing me a headache now.
I made payments to UNIFI Credit and provided proof of payments and a paid-up letter from the third party, but when I call them, they keep telling me that my account has been handed over and that they are unable to help. If you are considering taking out a loan from UNIFI Credit, please do not; you will regret it. After that, I called JER 31 & Associates and was told by a very rude "team leader" that I owed R26. I asked her why she had sent me a paid-up letter when my account was still unpaid, and she simply hung up. I thought, "Wow, these people are actually running an ****A shop." I paid and shared the Pop with them, my account hasn't been updated as of yet, and UNIFI credit isn't able to help either. Please avoid UNIFI.
DEN IS THE WORST KAK SERVICE BANK EVER CANDY THEIR AGENT JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE WHILE I WAS SPEAKING APPARENTLY THEY CAN'T REVERSE A DEBIT ORDER WHICH I PAID FOR TO BE STOPPED I PAID TWICE FOR A DEBIT ORDER TO BE STOPPED LAST MONTH AND THE DEBIT ORDER CONTINUED THIS MONTH FOR CANDY TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY CHARGED ME AN AMOUNT OF R50 TWICE AND NOTHING WAS DONE TO STOP THAT DEBIT ORDER SHE JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE. YOU CAN'T KEEP CHARGING US MONEY FOR NOTHING PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY WAS MY MONEY DEBITED WHILE I ASKED AND PAID YOU TO STOP IT PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDDIATE EFFECT IT'S CLEAR THAT MY MONEY IS NOT SAGE WITH YOU
I once applied online for a web host and an email for my company i was contacted by a consultant from vox telecoms i explained that i don't know anything about web hosting and email creation she then said i will ask one of our IT guys to contact you and explain how the web hosting and emails work it's been 4 months now I haven't received a call from their IT department and now I'm receiving calls from their debt collectors that i owe an outstanding amount of R500.00 how i don't know I explained to that debt colector that i did not use any services from vox telecom hence I'm still waiting for them to contact me and explain how the web hosting works and their emails apparently they have been debiting money from my savings account for what I don't know can they be fair and provide me with the voice recording when I spoke to their consultant or agent requesting a call from their IT department if they saw that I'm not using their Services they should have contacted me and asked if I'm having a problem with their hosting or emails instead they were just quick to debit money from my account i then contacted them after speaking to their debt collector to find out exactly why they expect me to pay for services i never used and this was their answer From Letitia stander Good day Lethukuhle Kindly note that as this discussed you applied online for these services on the 8/02/2019 The username and password was send to you on the email address that was provided on your contract.
