Pathetic everything

I would give a negative star rating if I could. It has been 5 weeks since I placed an order and I have still not received the item I ordered.

I ordered a printed mug....I cannot see how a mug can take over 5 weeks to deliver. Customer service is also pathetic. I can understand taking some time to respond to an email, but to leave an unhappy customer to drive any feedback only damages you brand more.

I am bitterly disappointed and will never use this store again!
