SCAM, Pathetic service and no delivery of items after payment
Would give zero if I could. I ordered and paid upfront only to get an invoice with the amount due! Since that email I have gotten no feedback! Phone doesn’t get answered. Voicemail is also full so no way to leave a message. Sent MANY emails, smses and even whatsapp! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Love their products!
I have had a wonderful first experience with eco furniture design. Their staff were very polite and even brought a sale item similar to what I was enquiring about to my attention. The furniture is beautiful and is truly solid wood! I have no doubt I will be happy with my purchase for many years and will definitely consider their options for future furniture needs.

Great value
Snatcher is dangerous to shop on because the deals are typically so tempting! Some products are understandably not the best quality, but I have thus far been very happy with all my purchases through them. Some orders have taken long to be delivered, but some arrive the next day. I do think their delivery times can be better communicated, but I don't usually order items I need immediately through Snatcher; so it has been a non-issue for me personally. Their customer support is also excellent! They corrected a delivery address issue with the courier promptly.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN
If I could give a negative rating I would! Sixty60 reserved an amount on Sunday 10 October for an order I placed the evening. I received the usual order confirmation email along with the amount reserved in my bank account. The next day the order did not arrive and my Sixty60 APP reflected "Order cancelled"....the amount is STILL RESERVED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT! I am getting the most illogical and pathetic support in resolving this matter. I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN on principle alone! They immediately blamed my bank...how is this an error of my bank? They don't just reserve amount for no reason.... SO FRUSTRATED....never again!

Very happy!
Dotsure has always been a pleasure to engage with. Two of my dogs had medical expenses in the past month and dotsure processed both claims very promptly. They kept me informed of where the claim is in the process and were also kind enough to give me an estimation of cover before I took my one dog in for an operation. I especially love how detailed their claim cover amount is. It is very clear where your payout is coming from based on your plan and the various limits. Make sure you share as much as you possibly can as this really helped the consultants determine what my plan covers based on the cost and the diagnosis. Will definitely recommend them!

Still a very happy customer
I have been a fan and supporter of Silvery for a number of years now. They are my go to if I want a gift with a personal touch! Their prices are typically fair when compared to other reputable custom jewelers. Great quality products, very fast delivery of items (considering it is personalised) and I absolutely love their product packaging.

Very Happy
I placed my first order with Home Choice online. It was also my first time ever purchasing anything from them. I was initially concerned about whether the quality of their mink blanket would match the price. Upon arrival I was honestly blown away! The mink blanket is excellent quality and also arrived with a great blanket storage bag, even with a longer travel strap for easy carrying. Will definitely support them again! I received my online order within 2 working days.

Still a go to for me
Takealot has always become my go to when searching for items. More recently their prices haven’t been the best, I have since learned to do more shopping around. The return process has improved drastically! I have had to return items because they arrived damaged or because it was the incorrect item. Thankfully they collect the return item at no additional cost to you.

Pathetic everything
I would give a negative star rating if I could. It has been 5 weeks since I placed an order and I have still not received the item I ordered. I ordered a printed mug....I cannot see how a mug can take over 5 weeks to deliver. Customer service is also pathetic. I can understand taking some time to respond to an email, but to leave an unhappy customer to drive any feedback only damages you brand more. I am bitterly disappointed and will never use this store again!
