My sewer is blocked since Monday and I personal went to report it on Monday, 16 August 2021. Till today on Thursday 19th they are not helping me. I again went today and was told they will come. Unless if they don't know the streets or they are helping their friend first. Bcos I am not a friend here I am not gonna be serviced. I am paying for my services. Everytime one must beg in order to get service. When I don't pay they run to cut off my service but for them to provide is a problem. If I have money I was gonna call service providers and pay a fee. Now I am sitting in a house full of **** SMELL. That's not fair. Mutshena 0837219881
