When is the time to get my electricity rebate it took forever. I was always getting my rebate between 1st and 5th. 2024 I didn't get rebate. I send my bank statement still not paid. 2025 December still. They don't want to pay. Now is February not yet receive rebate. On the 6th I called and told to send email to info@khanyisa.co.za still no reply.

Poor service at Randfontein
I went to buy at cash build. When I went to the till to pay I was told I cannot pay with a torn money. The money was still intact. I then went to another hardware and serviced with pride. They didn't tell me the the money has an issue.

I App**** for an expungement and now is the 8th month waiting
I App**** for an expungement and now is the 8th month waiting. I went there at 271 Bothongo Plaza Pretoria and I was told to leave an EMAIL address and I did as told. Still today no one is sending me my certificate. Was given ref no 7311/23 for the issuing of certificate but no one is helping.

My electricity tripped on the pole
My electricity tripped on the pole. It was on Monday nite and I went to report it on the 6th, I went again on the 7th and nothing happens. Food in the fridge. Food for kids. I have a 1 year old who need milk. All this to them is like is nothing.

Capitec are not taking us serious
Capitec are not taking us serious. On the 22 April 2022 I reported that ATM Tambotie Mall are on and off. And the RE: ATM MACHINES Incident# 93174369. They said they will look at it. Today on the 24th May 2022 the machines are not working. Can they up their service delivery please.
